Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know how to drive a snowmobile?
Nope! We have had many beginners rent a vehicle from us, and we’re happy to give you a few pointers. If it’s your first time, we recommend the 2018 Polaris INDY 550, which is well-suited to those who have never been on a sled before.
Can we rotate who gets to drive the vehicle?
Absolutely, as long as both drivers meet the requirements (16 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license).
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all riders must sign a waiver. A copy will be available during the booking process.
What if the vehicle gets damaged?
Since our snowmobiles are high-quality vehicles, repairing them can get expensive. Therefore, we offer insurance at an additional fee of $75 per sled per day, which comes with a $1500 deductible. If you choose not to insure your ride, you will need to pay the full cost of repairs in the event of an accident.
Is lunch included on this tour?
Lunch is not included, but we can provide a cold lunch for an extra fee of $15 per person or a hot lunch for an extra fee of $25 per person. Otherwise, you’re more than welcome to bring your own!
